Blueflame Technologies Ltd ("Blueflame", "we") runs this website and the businesses it describes. This notice explains what we do with information you share through blue-flame.co.ke.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the topic and your message. If you accept cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived and the type of device.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details only to reply to you and to route your request to the right business: MaidsOfHonor, Dukawalla, ReMA or Vetraca. Enquiries are stored in our customer management system, Zoho CRM. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and live chat
With your consent, this site uses Zoho SalesIQ, a service from Zoho Corporation, to show visitor activity to our team and to offer live chat. SalesIQ sets cookies that recognise returning visitors. If you start a chat, the details you share in it are stored in our Zoho systems. If you decline cookies, SalesIQ does not load and the rest of the site works as normal. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to office@blue-flame.co.ke or call 0709 100 140.
